NOURISHING OUR FOUR BODIES PART I – Physical and Spiritual

Irrespective of which hemisphere we live in, the hurtle towards the end of 2021 will bring varying levels of anxiety and stress. This workshop is in two parts, you don't need to attend both but it will be beneficial if you do.

Attending both sessions (17/10 and 21/11), you will receive a 15 minute free personal call answering questions you may have to work with all four bodies

Part I will centre around the Physical and Spiritual Bodies and how we strengthen both to equip us for a healthier more conscious life, including two meditations and crystal support for each body. You will be invited prior to the workshop to send info on any specific aspect of your physical body you may be seeking healing for.

This workshop will have practical information on how to interpret and work with the elements associated with the crystals that step forward.

I have developed a bespoke healing methodology, based on the ancient techniques of Siddha Kundalini Crystal Healing and integrating further learnings into modern day living. We use this energy to harness the power of crystals and yantras (sacred geometry) in order to bring about healing and expansion.

This 90 minute online workshop, based on the success of previous workshops and ceremonies,  has been specifically designed to improve your physical heath and living amore conscious life.

The activation of the mandala and the crystals that will show themselves will be designed with the group energetic needs.

We will have two mediations and the mandala will be created in two. part (one for each body), we will talk about how the energies of the crystals come together and will serve us individually. We will take some time to look at the various individual crystals that can serve us to in creating the inner bridge between the physical and etheric self.

At the end of the ceremony, participants will be invited to ask questions.

Some small, but important, notes:

  • The start time of 08h30 GMT (MORNING!) was chosen to hopefully accommodate all - feel free to stay in your pyjamas for this workshop.
  • Make sure you have a  comfortable space that is quiet and that you won't be disturbed for the full 90 minutes
  • Participants  are requested to share their intention with me 48 hours prior to the ceremony in order to integrate into the mandala.
  • You will be asked to have a crystal available for the duration of the session.
  • Should you wish, you can preorder a crystal and / or *cacao - please reach out by 06/10  (This offer is only available for those based in UK  due to timing, and is not mandatory for the workshop)
  • The workshop will be through Zoom - a link will be sent 30 minutes prior
  • A recording will be made available to all participants after the session.
  • Prepayment energy exchange £40/R675 pp payable on reservation of space, as the mandala is created by tuning in to the energies of the individuals, if you are sharing the room with others, they should be active paying participants in order to maintain the integrity of the healing ceremony - discounts apply, please ask me.
