When I Love Myself Enough
This is the first Masterclass of the Year and differs from my traditional ceremonial workshops in that I am combining a short Kundalini Global Yoga series (gentle and easy even if you have never done yoga before) with a workshop where we will interactively discuss crystalline energy and how we can harness it to help us really feel the self.
- 45 mins yoga and breath (making sure you have a comfy space on the floor)
- 5 mins comfort break
- 60 mins crystal mandala discussion on how and which crystals can help activate self-love
- 10 mins meditation
I have developed a unique methodology, based on the ancient techniques of Siddha Kundalini Crystal Healing and Kundalini Global Yoga, integrated with further studies to enhance our modern day living.
We are then able to use this energy to harness the power of crystals and yantras (sacred geometry), posture, breath and intention in order to bring about transformation, healing and expansion.

This 2 hour online masterclass, based on the success of previous workshops and ceremonies, has been specifically designed to improve your physical heath and living amore conscious life.
The activation of the mandala and the crystals that will show themselves will be designed with the group energetic needs.
Some small, but important, notes:
- The start time of 08h00 GMT (MORNING!) was chosen to hopefully accommodate all - make sure you are wearing comfy clothing
- Make sure you have a comfortable space for the yoga and breath, that is quiet and that you won't be disturbed for the full 2 hours
- Participants will be requested to share their intention with me 48 hours prior to the Masterclass in order to integrate into the mandala.
- The workshop will be through Zoom - a link will be sent the day before
- A recording will be made available to all participants after the session.
- Prepayment energy exchange £45/R750 pp payable on reservation of space, as the mandala is created by tuning in to the energies of the individuals, if you are sharing the room with others, they should be active paying participants in order to maintain the integrity of the healing ceremony - discounts apply, please ask me.
