Heart Opening

This 90 minute online workshop, based on the success of previous workshops and ceremonies,  has been specifically designed to help us find ways to think with our hearts and release our fears.

The activation of the mandala and the crystals that will show themselves will be designed with the group energetic needs.

We will start with some pranayama (breathwork), followed by a beautiful Rose Quartz meditation and then I will explain the unique mandala that has been created for the group, talk about how the energies of the crystals come together and will serve us individually. We will take some time to look at the five individual crystals, emotional, physical, challenge, spirit and self that can serve us through 2021 to "think with our hearts".

During the workshop we will feel into our lower and higher heart chakras and how activating through crystalline energy we can shift our lower and higher chakras too, plus have an opportunity to share a few of our favourite love crystal experiences then enter into a deep gratitude meditation. 

At the end of the ceremony, participants will be invited to ask questions.

Some small, but important, notes:

• The start time of 08h30 GMT (MORNING!) was chosen to hopefully accommodate all - feel free to stay in your pyjamas for this workshop.
• Make sure you have a  comfortable space that is quiet and that you won't be disturbed for the full 90 minutes
• Participants  are requested to share their intention with me 48 hours prior to the ceremony in order to integrate into the mandala.
• You will be asked to have a crystal available for the duration of the session.
• Should you wish, you can preorder a crystal and / or *cacao - please reach out by 10/01  (This offer is only available for those based in UK / EU due to timing, and is not mandatory for the workshop)
• The workshop will be through Zoom - a link will be sent 30 minutes prior
• A recording will be made available to all participants after the session.
• Prepayment energy exchange £40/R750 pp payable on reservation of space, as the mandala is created by tuning in to the energies of the individuals, if you are sharing the room with others, they should be active paying participants in order to maintain the integrity of the healing ceremony - discounts apply, please ask me.
